On Sunday, May 31, Aquarian Dreams is offering an Intro to Yoga Teacher Training Program from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. The session is free.

Information will be provided about the New World Wellness 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program to begin on September 11 and led by Nicole Georgi-Costello, MS, LMHC, 200-hr ERYT and Craig Costello, BS, 200-hr ERYT. The program is for anyone interested in yoga and who is ready to embark on the inner journey of personal growth, transformation and awakening through the study and practice of ancient yogic teachings. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.

Upon graduation from this 200-hr program, students will have a strong foundational understanding of Yoga through a combination of teaching methodology and experiential training/practice in areas of yoga philosophy, sutras, techniques, teaching methods and styles, development of classes, yogic anatomy and adjustments, lifestyle and ethics for yoga teachers and much more.

Georgi-Costello is an Educated Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. Costello is also ERYT with a Bachelor’s in Education. Together, they co-own New World Wellness. This Yoga Teacher Training Program is approved by Yoga Alliance.
