Bloom and Body Massage has moved to 420 4th Ave., inside CR Health & Wellness, offering the community personalized massage therapy services. Owner and Licensed Massage Therapist Monica Winders is dedicated to helping clients achieve deep relaxation while relieving muscle tension and releasing holding patterns. “I incorporate breathing prompts and strive to create a peaceful, safe environment while maintaining a smooth flow for a deeply therapeutic experience,” says Winders.

Winders is trained in cranial-sacral, trigger point, neuromuscular, deep tissue, and myofascial massage, and customizes each session to meet her clients’ specific needs. She is also training as a 200-hour yoga instructor to further enhance her services by incorporating breathwork, meditation, and yoga into her clients' self-care routines.
