Welcome to Tranquility Haven Center! Our tranquil studio provides you with a safe space that optimizes your meditation experience. THC was formed in hopes of removing the stigma associated with mental health. Our culture is one of acceptance and inclusion. Our mission is to connect people to self and others, while treating people holistically: mind, body and spirit. Our vision is to spread the power of acceptance, love and self-care. Healing is an inside job and our instructors and practitioners hold space lovingly for our participants.

Our instructors offer classes on various styles of meditation, yoga, healing, and more. We encourage you to learn, grow, and rejuvenate with some of the best healing-holistic practitioners in our area. Also, we offer various children’s classes for all ages.

We are the first and only meditation center in Stuart, FL, and are excited to help Treasure Coast residents discover the powerful and positive effects meditation can have on their lives. Our meditation studio offers a warm, friendly, and welcoming environment that makes your meditation sessions comfortable and stress-free.
