In this workshop you will receive your Usui Reiki Manual, Level I/II Attunement by Reiki Master Mona and a Certificate with your Lineage.

You will also learn how to infuse an object with Reiki energy. You may bring one item such as a crystal you wish to infuse or purchase one at Zen Yoga Studio the day of the class.

Please dress in comfortable layers. You will be learning and partaking in the practice using massage tables. You will leave this workshop with the confidence to do your own Reiki treatments for yourself, your family, your pets and others should you wish.
