The Unity Church in Jensen Beach (UCJB) is pleased to host a spiritual retreat on Saturday, March 18 designed to be a special day dedicated to soothing and nourishing the soul. The retreat will include meditation, intention, reflection, and workshop style segments.

“Each aspect of the retreat supports healing and letting go of what no longer serves us, so that we may be present and open to divine blessings in our lives,” says Rev. Julia Baginski. “This retreat was planned to take place during the lent season, as we remember to “Lose Every Negative Thought!””

Materials will be provided, and each participant is asked to bring a lunch to enjoy as a group on the patio.
