Chakras & Middle Pillar by Alexander Nemo.  7-part workshop. Each class is about 90 minutes long and will explore a single chakra. We will start working from the root center and move up. A guided meditation section will help students experience the unique energy of each center. I feel that understanding the concepts, and developing skills, in regards to all the chakras will add great depth to your magickal studies, healing abilities, expansion of psychic skills as well as broadening spiritual insights. Some topics included in each class are: • Chakra Symbols. • Psychology of that energy center • The symbol of the chakra • Connections to Tree of life and Angelic beings. • Practical use of meditation/visualization to start the chakra healing process and increase energy flow. • Key words and statements for each chakra • Incense and sounds and elemental alignment for each center.
