Guided Meditation
A calming guided meditation class combining breathwork and meditation to release stress, restore inner balance, and cultivate emotional clarity. Suitable for all levels.

Each session begins with soothing breathwork (Pranayama) to balance the mind and body, followed by a guided meditation designed to cultivate emotional clarity, mental stillness, and a deep sense of inner ease. We’ll also leave space for reflection and questions—an opportunity to explore your experience and deepen your understanding of the practice. This is your time. Come as you are, and leave feeling more whole.
