In a few short years, Smile Design Center & Implant Center has grown in Viera to become one of Brevard County's finest comprehensive and innovative dental practices.

With the combination of his experience and  passion to cosmetically enhance smiles, Chris Edwards DDS, has been able to lead the Smile Design Center & Implant Center to its excellent reputation of designing healthy and beautiful smiles.

Ever since he graduated from the United States Merchant Marine Academy and Temple University School of  Dentistry, Dr. Edwards has been dedicated to the highest standard of care. He completed a one year general practice residency at the Queens Medical Center in Honolulu in 1979 and practiced dentistry in Hawaii for five years. In 1983, he moved to Rhode Island where he and his wife, Judy, raised their two daughters, Mae and Jill.

Dr. Edwards has an insatiable quest to learn more and has always pursues continuing education in such fields as orthodontics, implants and cosmetic dentistry.  Combining this with his passion to make each patient's experience the best they have ever had, he has incorporated Laser Dentistry, Digital X-rays, aromatherapy, paraffin hand dips, a coffee bar, and great music into your dental experience.

Dr Julia Bunker is a recent addition to Smile Design & Implant Center. Born in Russia, Dr. Julia Bunker has been practicing dentistry in the USA since 2003. She is dedicated to excellence in comprehensive dental care. Dr. Bunker is trained in implantology, cosmetic techniques, and utilizing different types of lasers in dental treatment and surgery. She pursues the latest and most advanced techniques in order to implement the most effective dental treatment for her patients.

Each year, Dr. Bunker takes hundreds of hours of continuing education in order to keep up with the latest state of the art techniques and to provide the highest level of dental care possible. Currently, Dr. Bunker is pursuing her interest in Science-Based Biological Dentistry. Away from the office, Dr. Bunker enjoys international travel, cycling, and nature.
