Now in its third year and growing, the Bald Strawberry offers an expanding selection of gluten-free birthday and wedding cakes, breads, pizzas, sandwiches, pastries and more. Owners Joe and Linda Lopez are on a search for better food choices, a mission dedicated to care, quality, and customer friendly education for proper nutrition.

Inspired by the bakeries and coffee shops of Spain, and the discovery and understanding of a family members gluten sensitivity, Linda was moved to create, help and nutritionally educate those around her. Favorite customer selections include Sun-dried Tomato Basil, Cinnamon Raisin and White breads, as well as the ever popular Joe Cool Sandwich and delicious Organic Herb Pizza. Most items are dairy-free. Custom orders are available and Linda is more than happy to consult on the requirements of special dietary needs.

“The delicious gluten-free foods will leave you feeling satisfied and content, without weighing you down,” says Lopez.

The Bald Strawberry Bakery & Cafe, located at 6811 North Atlantic Avenue, Cape Canaveral has three cozy lounge rooms, including the Record Room with vinyl LP collection, custom wall art by Joe, as well as several local artist's works on display.
