Eden Cook is excited to offer Kidding Around Yoga Camp at the Satellite Beach Civic Center on July 16-18 from 9 a.m. to noon. This specially designed children’s yoga camp is for ages 5-11 years old. It will take your child on a journey through activities, poses, and relaxation each camp day. “Are you ready to namaste’ and play?” says Cook. “Add in smoothies and crafts and you have an awesome camp.”

Cook teaches Special Education and Reading at Satellite High School and is a certified instructor for “Kidding Around Yoga."
