On Wednesday, July 18, at 7 p.m., Unity of Vero Beach presents the Sun-kirtan experience. Kirtan means to glorify divinity through sound. Sun-kirtan means complete glorification of divinity, not only through sound, but through all senses in a mood of loving devotion.

Participants will take part in a mantra meditation session with musical accompaniment. There will also be a short talk on the significance of meditation and the yoga system. There will be an interactive prasada-yoga session and a vegetarian feast at the end of the event.

The event will be led by Swami B.V. Ashram, who has spoken all over the world regarding Sun-kirtan, Bhakti-yoga, realization of self, and spiritual wealth and Madana Mohini dasi, who teaches Bhakti-yoga, Zumba and directs performing arts at the Bhaktivedanta Gaudiya Institute in Alachua FL.
