Dr. Eplett will discuss how we get sick, how we get well and how to stay well. He will share how spinal alignment and structure affects proper function of the body. According to Dr. Eplett, “All nerves from the brain go through the neck. When the neck is out of alignment, there is pressure on the nerves and the messages are interrupted. The body can't function properly and this leads to disease.” He will delve into the details, share examples, and explain the fundamental relationship of spinal alignment to whole-body health. Dr. Eplett will be demonstrating exercises for maintaining balanced health and improving your overall well-being.

Dr. Eplett has over 41 years of experience in the healthcare field. He is a 1971 graduate of the National Chiropractic College and has training in acupuncture. Working in Italy from 1974 - 1976, Dr. Eplett opened the first chiropractic/acupuncture clinic in Italy. He returned to the United States in 1976 where he became a Florida licensed chiropractor. He has been specializing in gentle upper cervical care for the last 33 years using mainly the Grostic method. Grostic is a very gentle upper cervical spinal correction technique.
