This Valentine’s Day, Nature’s Spirit wants everyone to remember that the most important love is that of oneself. The first monthly drumming session will be held on February 14 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the courtyard to help participants get in touch with their own pulse, heartbeat and inner rhythm.

“Drum rhythms can open your heart,” says master percussionist Fred Goodnite, who will be leading the sessions. “It is about feeling our heartbeat, our inner rhythm, with the allowance of sounding it on a drum. It is a soulful journey with the self.”
