Eat Raw-living Foods
Digestive health can be enhanced by incorporating more raw living foods into our diet. In today’s world of GMO’s, pesticide and antibiotic overuse, our gut flora and bacteria are on the fritz. To become alkaline and enhance your gut flora, which will ultimately lead to vibrant radiant health, exercise these things daily: eat only organic whole foods, preferably raw, become chemical-free athome and in life, drink fresh green juices and smoothies, incorporate probiotics through food (cultured veggies, cultured nut cheese, kefir, rejuvelac), and do enemas.
