Aquarian Dreams is hosting a series of classes for kids on Fridays from 4 to 5 p.m. in December in addition to ongoing yoga classes.

December 5: Angel Kids (ages 6 to 12).
Information, short exercises and fun energy games about angels and spiritual beings.
Cost is $7.

December 12:
Children’s Mandala Meditation Class (ages 6 to 11). Cost is $10, materials supplied. Preregister. 


December 19: Chakra Dance and Play (ages 6 & up). Cost is $7.

December 26:
Conscious Kids (ages 7 to 12).
Yoga poses, breathing, arts & crafts, games, music, meditation, crystal therapy and more used to help kids develop better concentration, self-confidence and well-being. Cost is $12. Preregister.


Tuesdays, 4 p.m.: Kid Yoga (ages 7 to 11). Cost is $7 or $22/month.


Wednesdays, 11 a.m.: Mommy & Baby Yoga.
Designed to allow moms to regain strength and flexibility, bond with baby and connect with other new moms. Recommended for babies age 6 weeks to 1 year.
Cost is $12/class.


Wednesdays, 4 p.m.: Children's Yoga for Mini-Lightworkers (ages 4 to 7). Cost is $7 (or $22.00 per month).
