Innovation Yoga is pleased to celebrate their 6-month anniversary with a gift and is offering a Summer Special: join their growing yoga community with a 15-class pack for just $99 ($180 value). This is great for the student who wants to commit to a regular practice, of at least 3 times a week.

Innovation Yoga offers many diverse classes led by dynamic teachers that are suitable for all. 
The Yin Yoga class offered Wednesdays 9 a.m. with Mike Paul lends itself to both deeper stretches and meditation. Practitioners focus on accessing the deeper connective tissues beyond the more superficial (Yang) muscles by applying a slow, steady, prolonged load to the areas that encompass a joint (hips and lumbar­sacral vertebrae). “Joint flexibility naturally decreases with age, however Yin Yoga is a wonderful way to maintain that flexibility before it is gone,” states Paul.

The “Embrace” class is offered Monday evenings at 6 p.m. and Thursday mornings at 9 a.m. with Cara Marie. In this flowing practice students will flow their breath, center and stretch through active transitions and mindful movement. This class is geared toward opening the body progressively, working toward a peak pose and graceful descent to savasana (final relaxation).
