Beginning September 11, co-owners of New World Wellness Nicole Georgi-Costello, MS, LMHC, 200 hr ERYT and Craig Costello, BS, 200 hr ERYT are offering a Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Aquarian Dreams. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.

Upon graduation from this 200-hr YTT, students will have a strong foundational understanding of yoga through a combination of teaching methodology and experiential training/practice in the following areas: yoga philosophy, training/practice of yogic techniques, practice in teaching methods based on requirements established through Yoga Alliance, principles of demonstration, correction vs. connection, teaching styles, qualities of the teacher and development of classes and 1:1 sessions, yogic anatomy, physiology and alignment as it pertains to yoga practice benefits, contraindications, modifications and adjustments, and lifestyle and ethics for yoga teachers and the business aspects of yoga.

Dates for training include September 11-13, October 9-11, November 13-15, December 11-13, January 8-10, February 12-14, March 11-13, April 8-10 and May 13-15. Times are Fridays 7 to 9:30 p.m., Saturdays 9:30 am to 7 p.m., Sundays 1 to 9 p.m.
