Stiles is the director of Yoga Therapy Center and Shiva Shakti Loka in San Francisco. She has many years of deep study and practice with gifted master teachers in Europe and India. Her true gift is her capacity and ability to assess the root cause of a disease due to physical, emotional, mental and karmic imbalances and understand how these lead to health issues and deep suffering.
