“When people have a lot of stress in life, they go, go, go and then crash in exhaustion. If they are also experiencing brain fog, insomnia, sense of fear, constipation, overscheduling, sensitivity to bright lights, low sex drive, wrinkled fingertip pads, week-long headaches, Fibromyalgia pain, inability to lose weight in their mid-section, their adrenal glands may be fatigued and need support,” says Connor.
