Space Coast Veg Fest Coming to Cocoa Village
On Sunday, October 11, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Riverfront Park in Cocoa Village everyone is invited to celebrate Healthy Planet of Brevard’s 20th anniversary at the Space Coast Veg Fest. The event will be held at Riverfront Park and is free to the public.
Keynote speakers including Robert Cheeke, Samadhi Artemisa, and Ellen Jaffe-Jones will be on hand to share information on animal rights, nutrition, fitness and environmental awareness. There will be vegan cooking demos with Susie Fricker and Danielle Bussone along with vegan food vendors.
Live music from Anna Delgado and Bill Marsh, Honey Miller Trio, Ed Mercier and Rich, and others will be provided along with a children’s play area, beer garden with vegan craft beers, wines and champagne, fitness demos with Robert Cheeke and Kody Kowaloski of ATK Crossfit, Bikram Yoga on the Island, contests and giveaways.
“This is a great way to spend time in one of Brevard County’s most beautiful parks,” states Kim Smith, event organizer and owner of A-Live & Healthy Café.
