Get an early start on Halloween while learning about educational options at the Keiser University campus in Melbourne. Their Scare Fair Open House, hosted by university faculty, staff and students, encourages attendees of all ages to don costumes and explore study opportunities and enjoy music, games, prizes and refreshments from 5 to 8 p.m., October 28.
