L illian “Lilly” McDermott, host of The Lillian McDermott Radio Show, worked for a company that stopped paying their health insurance premiums and found herself without health insurance. In a panic, McDermott turned to the Affordable Care Act, but discovered stricter guidelines, higher deductibles, undesirable doctors and greater out of pocket expenses.
