The Institute for Spiritual Development (ISD) was established over 40 years ago in Sparta, New Jersey. Since then, charters have been established in Washington, DC; Madison, NJ; Oneonta, NY; Sarasota, FL; and now, with its newest location on the Treasure Coast in Vero Beach. ISDTC is a non-profit organization committed to spiritual and personal development, providing classes, spiritual services and events.

“We are open to people of all faiths and spiritual beliefs. We support inter-faith cooperation and spiritually-based cohesion, working together in our community for greater understanding, tolerance and fellowship," states Rev. Z. Melinda Witter, Director.

ISDT dedicates itself to the highest standards of achievement, knowledge, and service for the advancement of the spirit vital to individuals and the Treasure Coast community. ISDTC will offer bi-monthly Sunday Services starting in January 2019
