Nature's Healthy Harvest will host, Michael Edwards for a free lecture called "10 Nutritional Secrets for Optimum Health" on February 22 from 1 to 2 p.m. Edwards will discuss natural health choices and healthy alternatives.

As a Certified Health Educator and nationally recognized author, he has presented more than 120 lectures on prevention to more than 1,400 people in Brevard County in the last year. Previous participants have reported they often sleep better, have more energy and have less stress in their lives.
