Down to Earth Yoga is pleased to offer their Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training held over three weekends starting January 22 and includes online classes and required reading. This course, facilitated by Danielle Vardakas (E-RYT500, DYT1000 BFA) is for those who want to teach and those who want to learn more about themselves and their yoga practice. This 200-hour training is structured so that students can receive close attention in their journey through both the physical practice and the yogic philosophy.

In January, the studio will offer live classes via Zoom classes so that students can practice from the comfort of their home. They will also begin kids’ classes in January.
