Nature's Healthy Harvest (NHH) is more than just a vitamin store, they also provide wellbeing services. The resident practitioner at NHH, Karen Laraway, offers reiki, hypnosis, guided meditations and past life regressions. Reiki provides energy healing while past life regressions can take the client back to their childhood or further. Hypnosis can assist with smoking cessation, overeating, nail biting and more. Guided meditation can reduce stress and increase imagination with a guided journey through a tropical beach, or maybe a scenic walk in the mountains.
