Sound Vibrational Healing with Hi Mindfulness in Stuart
Certified Sound Practitioner, member of the Sound Healing Association, and owner of Hi Mindfulness, Deena Rahill facilitates powerful Sound Vibrational Healing sessions by combining crystal bowls, gong, chimes, drums, and lighting. “My intention is to create a full sensory experience for participants’ mind, body and soul,” explains Rahill. “The practice of sound healing or sound bathing is an ancient practice and works to release stuck emotions; reduce pain, stress, and anxiety; ignite creativity; elevate moods; and activate our innate ability to heal ourselves.”
Offering private group, open group and one-on-one session, participants are invited to lie down on a yoga mat or sit in a chair and simply relax. “Once participants settle in, the instruments take them on a powerful journey through different sound frequencies. Most leave with an overall sense of well-being,” says Rahill.
“Often used by those having difficulties meditating, it’s a journey of self-discovery through deep relaxation, a state of rest, and restore. Sound healing has become a self-care ritual for many attendees. I love to watch the difference it makes in their lives,” expresses Rahill.
