Debi Perks is pleased to announce Recipes with Perks is offering in-home personal chef services. Perks works with her clients to design a customized menu and is skilled at adapting recipes according to the client’s unique goals, nutritional and dietary needs. Her weekly service offers flexible options for planning, shopping, and cooking meals that include generous portions, snacks and raw desserts. Her specialty is taking a client’s favorite dish or recipe and making it healthier. 

“I use 95% organic sustainably-sourced ingredients, grass-fed options and non-inflammatory oils to make the meals from scratch,” says Perks. “I never use anything from a can or box.” 

In 1993, Perks was faced with major health issues which pushed her to into drastic lifestyle changes, the study of nutrition and the opening of Perks for Life health food store. Four years ago, she relocated to Florida. Now as a Nutritionist for nearly 30 years, her passion is helping others to live a healthier life and to address their health issues through food. “I live by Hippocrates’ philosophy: let your food be your medicine and let your medicine be your food,” says Perks.
