Self-Love Valentine’s Sound Bath and Meditation in Stuart
Deena Rahill, of Sound Vibrational Healing is excited to announce a special Valentine's Sound Bath session intended to create the vibration of self-love. “This hour-long session will help to open your heart and calm your mind,” says Rahill. “There is no better way to celebrate the essence of love within our hearts than to nourish yourself with self-care and self-love. This session is for everyone, singles, friends, or couples as a great alternative to the typical Valentine’s date night.”
This unique session will begin with Rahill leading a guided meditation to assist participants in connecting their minds to their hearts; followed by a gentle yet deep immersion into live resonant instruments such as gongs, crystal singing bowls and bells. All participants will receive a pink quartz crystal in-tune with the frequency of love.
“As a practitioner I continue to deepen my knowledge in this fascinating modality while also supporting other specialists and practitioners of different modalities who offer guidance to those looking to heal and live a more mindful life,” shares Rahill.
Valentine’s Sound Bath will be held Monday, February 13 at 2 p.m. at the Elliot Museum, 825 NE Ocean Blvd., Stuart. Deena Rahill is a member of the Sound Healers Association. For more information, visit SoundVibration.net or call 786-488-7782.
