Shameka Shaw, RN of AWEsome Wellness and Counseling, is excited to announce the launch of the 12-week Adventure Series, Power in Position beginning mid-July. Shaw recognizes that we live in a culture that looks for quick fixes and temporary band aids that simply satisfy the surface level of our being. Her passion is to instead encourage patience and assist people in removing obstacles to happiness by shifting unhealthy patterns.

“Over the years I have learned that patterns have power, but the key is the ability to shift those patterns in a way that facilitates peace, healing, and growth,” says Shaw. “Patterns can unlock potential when the foundation of those patterns shifts.”

During the series, Shaw will invite participants to consider their foundational patterns concerning their health, emotional and mental well-being, faith and more. “I invite you on an adventure where we will dive into this concept as well as a plethora of other topics that will challenge you to be the best version of AWEsome that you were created to be,” says Shaw. “It will truly be an adventure for those who are ready to learn what true power is.”
