Mary Brotherton of bUneke (be unique) is pleased to announce MetaFest will be held Saturday, January 14 at the Merritt Square Mall in Merritt Island. bUneke.org is a sustainable 501c3 media provider that educates, inspires, and fosters positivity and creativity, worldwide, through video, audio, and literary magazines.

The charity fundraiser is free to the public and brings bUneke to life by showcasing other charities and philanthropic businesses that include everything from acupuncture to yoga. The event features live entertainment including Ellen Onieal from Phoenix Band, belly dancers, tai chi gung classes, shamanic drumming, inspirational speakers, and children’s crafts. Attendees may buy raffle tickets for gift baskets and participate in the 50/50 drawing, while learning and having fun.

“MetaFest started like many bUneke productions, with an idea that needed time and space to grow,” says Brotherton. “Initially, an item in a 501c3 business plan, MetaFest has become much more. Volunteers rallied to make the event such a success, that by the end, people were asking, “When is your next one?””

MetaFest happens every quarter at Merritt Square Mall, in Merritt Island. “Always on a Saturday and always from 10 to 5, it’s a great family-oriented event,” says Brotherton.
