Specialized Lymphatic Therapy Available in Rockledge
Heather Leah Boreske, owner of Nurturing Sol Healing Arts, offers a specialized approach for healing the lymphatic system. Assisted Lymphatic Therapy (ALT) combines the general technique of manual lymph drainage (MLD) with the XP2 handheld device. The XP2 uses a combination of vibrational, light and electrical waves to break up congestion in the lymphatic system. It penetrates up to eight inches into the body, a much greater depth than MLD and ALT and is equal to 8-10 manual lymph drainage sessions. By combining healing touch with the XP2, this treatment offers a nurturing way to bring balance back to the body.
“By stimulating the deeper layers of lymph, we are able to activate immune cells and penetrate into the organs. Since the XP2 can pass through bone, it can also reach the brain,” says Boreske. “The ALT detoxifies tissues and organs and boosts immunity by enhancing the removal of pathogens.” Boreske shares that the ALT relieves chronic muscle and joint pain, chronic sinus congestion, discomfort from fibrocystic breasts, and aids in tissue regeneration, including burns, scars, stretch marks, and wrinkles. It also reduces symptoms of chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia and helps to reduce edema and lymphedema.
“ALT is an excellent way to help prevent disease and heal the body when recovering from chronic illness,” says Boreske.
