Aquarian Dreams is pleased to announce a free Intro to Yoga Teacher Training Program to be held Saturday, December 9 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. This introduction will familiarize participants with the upcoming New World Wellness 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program that will begin in February. It will be led by Nicole Georgi-Costello, MS, LMHC, ERYT and Craig Costello, BS, ERYT.

The course is for all of those interested in growing their knowledge and deepening their practice of yoga, as well as, for all of those that desire to begin teaching these transformational practices of yoga at a 200-hour level. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.

Graduating students will gain a strong foundational understanding of yoga through a combination of teaching methodology and experiential training in several areas. They include: techniques, training, and practice in areas of asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, and the chakra system; yogic anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics; yoga philosophy, lifestyle and ethics; and teaching methods for students to professionally instruct yoga at a 200-hour level of teaching based on requirements of Yoga Alliance.
