Essential Oils Class in Melbourne
Wellness Advocate, Alisha Connor will be teaching a class with 100% pure Essential Oils on Thursday, February 22, from 6 to 8 p.m., focusing on the frequencies of the body’s organ and how they can be raised with essential oils for optimal wellness.
“Our great grandparents and grandparents always had clever natural solutions for whatever ailed us,” says Connor. “Mine used cloves for cooking their ham, but also to numb a toothache for a few days until getting to the dentist. And constipation or diarrhea were treated with peppermint leaves muddled with a bit of olive oil applied to the arches of your feet or bellybutton.”
As far back as Confucious, over 5,000 years ago, plants have been used for healing. Oils are mentioned over 500 times in the Bible as well as referenced in the Torah and Quran. Today, essentials oils are the most convenient delivery form. “Plants, flowers and roots, whether cold pressed or steam distilled, produce essential oils with powerful natural chemistry constituents,” continues Connor. “I personally have been using them for 40+ years and would love to share my knowledge and experiences with you.”
