Aquarian Dreams is pleased to announce the upcoming Weekend Yoga & Meditation Intensive: Just Be Wellness led by Nicole and Craig Costello. Scheduled from Friday, June 7 through Sunday, June 9, this intensive workshop is designed to deepen participants' understanding and practice of yoga and meditation, fostering a transformative experience.

Throughout the weekend, Nicole and Craig Costello will guide attendees through various foundational meditative techniques aimed at experiencing liberation from the false self and uncovering the non-judgmental awareness of their true nature. The intensive includes an introduction to Noble Silence, practical training in correction versus connection in teaching yoga, and sessions on yoga 'sweeteners' that enhance the practice. Participants will also gain a brief understanding of the Gita, explore anatomy related to yoga, and receive practical instruction on teaching forward bends and backbends.

Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance earn 20 Continuing Education hours.
