Experienced facilitators Maria Ulbricht and Maria Banas are excited to offer the Detox & Restore Retreat, set in the beautiful Blue Zone of Costa Rica from March 2 to March 9. Located in the serene, remote setting of Guacalillo on the Pacific Ocean, this retreat combines daily yoga, meditation, and "Soul Work" with the healing power of nature and local foods. Participants will also enjoy a private excursion to healing waters of La Arenal hot springs and a scenic hike through La Paz Waterfalls, all while savoring traditional Costa Rican meals.
