Aquarian Dreams is pleased to announce the upcoming Detox & Restore Retreat on Sunday, October 6, from 12:30 to 5 p.m., led by Maria Banas and Maria Ulbricht. This 4-hour retreat integrates holistic healing practices, including plant-based nutrition, yoga for the chakras, Holy Fire Reiki, and sound healing. Participants will learn about the chakra energy system and its connection to wellness, followed by a Yoga Practice for the Chakras and The Ocean of Holy Love Experience for deep healing.

Maria Banas, a Reiki Master, yoga instructor, and spiritual healer, alongside Maria Ulbricht, a Reiki Master, yoga instructor and certified holistic nutrition coach, will guide participants through teachings on healing foods and plant-based nutrition. The retreat includes recipes, a plant-based snack, along with a handbook written by Ulbricht to help attendees find confidence and break negative patterns.
