Pownall specializes in proactive aging and helping patients maintain athletic performance as they age, with a focus on peri-menopausal women helping them thrive through personalized, forward-thinking care. She also has a passion for reversing and preventing cardiovascular disease. “You can’t out-exercise an unhealthy diet,” says Pownall.

Mahl is equally passionate about proactive health for all ages, focusing on helping children thrive in school and sports, and empowering seniors to align with their health and life goals. Embracing the integrative approach to medicine, she believes many symptoms can be reversed through simple yet powerful changes in nutrition and lifestyle.
