Aquarian Dreams is hosting a 20-hour Yoga Teacher Training, Creating Sacred Space through Restorative Yoga, led by Nicole Georgi-Costello, LMHC, ERYT-200, from Friday, January 24, to Sunday, January 26. This comprehensive program explores the philosophy and practice of restorative yoga, offering tools to cultivate deep healing and balance in mind, body, and spirit.

Restorative yoga focuses on deliberate stillness within fully supported postures, promoting relaxation, renewal, and overall well-being. “In a culture often overwhelmed and out of balance, restorative yoga offers an accessible and essential pathway to health and vitality,” says Georgi-Costello. Participants will learn to set up restorative poses, develop effective sequences, and utilize props to support students of all levels.

The training includes specialty classes, guidance on teaching methodology, and insights into nervous system regulation and the six directions of the spin to consider in sequencing. Suitable for yoga teachers seeking to expand their offerings or yoga students wishing to deepen their practice, the program offers 20 CEUs through Yoga Alliance.
