Aquarian Dreams is hosting a weekend yoga intensive, Chakras: Spinning Your Wheels to Wellness, led by Nicole and Craig Costello of New World Wellness. The workshop runs from Friday, March 7, through Sunday, March 9, and will provide participants with both experiential and knowledge-based understanding of the chakra system.

The weekend’s programming includes Chakra Exploration & Integration classes, a Heart Opening Yoga session, a chakra lecture, a Pineal Gland Meditation, and instruction on various styles of yoga, including gentle yoga. Additional sessions cover Anatomy 101: The Lower Extremities and Understanding and Practice Teaching of Standing Asana Poses, with an emphasis on sequencing movements of the spine. Participants will also learn to instruct the asana portion of a class using structured scaffolding techniques.
