Bhagavan Das Coming to Aquarian Dreams
To bring in the New Year, Bhagavan Das will hold a series of events at Aquarian Dreams beginning December 31 and continuing through the month of January. Bhagavan Das is an internationally known musician and spiritual teacher, as well as a cultural icon from the 60s. He was the first Kirtan artist in America, ushering in the New Age Spiritual movement with his 1971 album “Ah.” Bhagavan Das has also toured with Allen Ginsberg, opened for the Grateful Dead, and performed with Bob Dylan.
The events will include: a New Year’s Eve Concert, New Year’s Day Chanting of 11 Hunuman Chalisas at 4:30 p.m., Sacred Space: Satsang with Bhagavan Das and Kali on Wednesdays at 7 p.m. during the month of January, and a Bhagavan Das concert and Kirtan the evening of Saturday, January 18th.
