Live the Life You Desire

We all get caught up in our past. We feel that what we do and have and what has happened in the past defines all that is possible in our life. We function from preconceived ideas about what is possible and not possible built from years of experience and beliefs passed on to us. Our rigid definition of how the world works can keep us from being aware of anything that does not match our point of view.
Each thought, idea, attitude, decision or belief that we have fixed in place limits our capacity to change anything in relation to that belief.
Now imagine a world where we have the ability to be present in our lives in every moment without judgment of ourselves or anyone else. The ability to receive everything, to judge nothing and just allow everything to be what it is. When operating from this frame of mind it is possible to transform and create what we desire in life.
According to Gary Douglas, founder of Access Consciousness, we have 32 points of energy on the head and face that store the energy of all the thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions and beliefs that we have ever had about anything. These points are called The Bars and they correspond to different aspects of our life such as healing, control, awareness, creativity, aging, sex, money, etc. By gently touching these points, the preconceptions and limitations we’ve stored can be erased opening one up to new possibilities.
When you allow yourself to receive and to open to new possibilities, change can show up in your life with ease. People or situations that once drove you nuts may suddenly no longer bother you. By unraveling the preconceived notions you have been operating from you can function from awareness rather than autopilot, leading to new and different possibilities and choices showing up in your life.
