Aquarian Dreams is hosting New World Wellness 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training Program starting July 11. It will be led by Nicole Georgi-Costello, MS, LMHC, 200-hour ERYT and Craig Costello, BS, 200-hour ERYT.

The course is for those ready to embark on the inner journey of personal growth, transformation and awakening to one’s true self through the study and practice of ancient yogic teachings. All levels of yoga practitioners are welcome.


Graduating students will gain a strong foundational understanding of yoga through a combination of teaching methodology and experiential training in several areas. They include:yoga philosophy; training/practice of yogic techniques in areas of asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, chakra system, and Ayurveda; practice in teaching methods for students to professionally instruct yoga at a 200-hour level of teaching based on requirements of Yoga Alliance; principles of demonstration, correction vs. connection, teaching styles, qualities of the teacher, development of classes; yogic anatomy, physiology, and alignment, contraindications, modifications, and adjustments; lifestyle and ethics for yoga teachers and business aspects.

Training dates run from July 2014 through March 2015. Time: Fridays 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. Saturdays 9:30 a.m.to 7:00 p.m., Sundays 1to 9 p.m.
Entire Cost of Program excluding books is $2600 with $400 deposit. Two payments of $1400 can also be made in first 90 days.
