CranioSacral Therapy: Gentle, Relaxing, Non-Invasive Healing Therapy

Ginger Taylor, a Licensed Massage Therapist, is accepting new clients including babies, children, adults of all ages, and pregnant women for CranioSacral Therapy (CST) sessions.

CST is a soft touch, hands-on method that evaluates the CranioSacral system by gently feeling various locations of the body for the ease of motion and the body’s rhythm. CST releases restrictions and tension deep within soft tissues surrounding the central nervous system. Once the restriction has been removed, the body is able to self-correct and function properly.

“The subtle qualities of touch used in CST work are what make it one of the safest methods, which is suitable during pregnancy, for babies, children, adults and the elderly, and in fragile or acutely painful conditions,” states Taylor, who adds that clients are fully clothed during treatment.

Taylor points out that the deep relaxation one can reach during the CST session is able to alleviate a wide variety of dysfunctions such as migraines, chronic neck and back pain, stress, postpartum depression, brain and spinal cord injuries, fatigue, fibromyalgia, TMJ, scoliosis, neurological disorders, emotional difficulties, orthopedic problems and more. CST for infants assists in infantile/childhood disorders, birth trauma, colic, autism, generalized anxiety, placiocephaly/ bracheycephaly (flat head) and more.

Taylor also offers prenatal massage, relaxation massage, hot stones, aromatherapy, scar release, stretch/sports massage and deep tissue.
