Ayurveda Cleansing Retreat in Sebastian
Transform your body, mind and heart at the Ojaskar Retreat with authentic Ayurvedic treatments, nourishing meals, and healing yoga classes. This unique six-day retreat will be held Saturday, January 2 at 2 p.m. through Thursday, January 7 at 6 p.m. at the Kashi Ashram in Sebastian.
This is a rare opportunity to receive traditional Ayurveda cleansing practices and treatments in the U.S. from Chinnamasta Stiles and her team. Each day you will receive four traditional Ayurvedic treatments to support the Pancha Karma (five detoxification and cleansing techniques of Ayurveda), a restorative yoga class infused with wisdom teachings and meditation, and exquisite Ayurvedic organic vegetarian meals.
Some of the treatments you will receive are: Pichauli (four-handed massage with 1 quart of warm herbalized oil); Shirodhara (warm oil streaming on the forehead); Abhyanga (full body massage); Udvartana kesar dhud (four-handed herbalized powder treatment with saffron milk); Swedana (steaming); Kansu (foot massage with ghee and copper bowl); and Shirochampi (head, neck and shoulder marma massage).
Stiles is the Director of the Yoga Therapy Center and Shiva Shakti Loka in San Francisco. She is a Master Teacher who has studied and apprenticed with some of the top Ayurvedic practitioners in India and Europe. She has more than 30 years of experience in healing.
