Aquarian Dreams is pleased to host Moon Meditations. Anthony Profeta will lead a Full Moon Meditation on April 7 and a New Moon Earth Day Meditation on April 22 both at 7 p.m. 

The Full Moon Ocean Meditation will begin with a crystal and Tibetan bowl meditation for participants to relax and reach a deeper meditative state. If weather permits, the group will cross the street to the ocean and end with a silent meditation under the moon. “For centuries the full moon has been a time for contemplation and reflection and therefore has been considered a sacred time for meditation,” says Profeta. “Meditation performed during a full moon is especially powerful if you want to release things from your life or let go of old negative emotions and ways of thinking; you wish to transform yourself; or you want to tear down the walls and start again.”

The New Moon Earth Day Meditation will take participants on a meditative journey of healing, relaxation, and connection. The crystal and Himalayan bowls will be played during the entire meditation. “The New Moon is the beginning of the lunar cycle. It is also a wonderful time to utilize the moon's increasing energy by channeling it into what we wish to create or build in our life,” says Profeta.
